Location: Sunset Kosharitsa holiday complex is a gated type complex, situated on one of the last low hills of the Balkan Mountains in the immediate vicinity of the village of Kosharitsa and only 7 km away from the sandy beaches of Sunny Beach and near the resort towns of Nessebar, Saint Vlas and Pomorie. This secluded holiday complex provides a quiet and relaxing setting for connoisseurs of a real holiday away from the noise and hustle of the great resorts.

Beach: Sandy, 7 km from Sunny Beach. The sea floor is flat with smooth access.

Accommodation: Sunset Kosharitsa consists of several apartment buildings with studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments. The hotel has a lift in some buildings. Equipment in the apartments: a cable TV, a DVD player, a refrigerator, oven/hob, a coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, kitchen utensils, iron and ironing board, Wi-Fi internet, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, balcony.



STUDIO 2+0: Approximate area of 30 sq. m. The studio consists of one room with a double bed or a sofa-bed and kitchen equipment. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults.

APARTMENT 2+2: Approximate area 60 sq. m. The one-bedroom apartment has two rooms - one bedroom and one living room with a sofa bed and kitchen equipment. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Maximum occupancy for 4 adults.

APARTMENT 4+2: Approximate area 80 sq. m. The two-bedroom apartment has three rooms - two bedrooms and one living room with a sofa bed and kitchen equipment. Maximum occupancy of 6 adults.

Pets are not allowed.

There are no suitable facilities for accommodating people with disabilities.

About the hotel: All guests can choose from 6 swimming pools, steam bath, gym and massage. The complex also has a shop that offers food, drinks and basic necessities. The restaurant of the complex is called Kosharitsa and offers delicious dishes of local and foreign cuisine. Green areas and landscaped gardens with flowers and trees, car parking (with limited spaces) and a conference room for 150 people are among the other extras available to customers.
